The color scheme seems a bit off in places, it doesn't quite mesh with the default. The shapes are nice for the most part but the rectangular ones in the front don't work for me at all.

I've been busy the entire week, haven't finished the set yet. For now I cleaned up the textures to make it look simpler and simplified the entire set over all.
The main idea of the set was that lesh's skin is turning into bark and growing slowly covering his entire body and, in time, ultimately turning him into a tree. Still deciding if I should stick to lesh's blue-teal-pink color scheme or turn in into a greyish dead wood. Hoping to have free time next week to finish the set.
Finished coloring, but still needs some saturation and brightness balance. Squeezing every free time I have for the set and definitely enjoying the process.
almost finished! just the masks now. added a few details to the head, shoulders and changed the misc. part. A few more shading/gradient edits once finished with the mask.
looks good. but i have to change the misc part again due to clippings for the high res model. welp, i'll only have time by the week end nights to finish it.
ill post a .gif after i finish the set. sorry for the set back shorkgamer
No worries - this set is coming together very well!
I would do something curvy for the arms maybe smth. like spiritual roots that grow out of his arms - we could also attach some particles to - to kinda give it the set something flashy.(If this is the right term to use here.^^)
Just a idea - my tablet is not working atm otherwise I would have drawn a little picture to show you what I mean.

What problems are you having with the rigging? If you show us what's going wrong, it'd let us help you a lot easier.
what rectangular ones? the green or he pink one?

The set looks great ingame btw!
I just wish the front of the shoulder piece had a better transition. As good as the arm and the head.
