This looks fantastic! I love that hand wrap, it's hard for me to tell if the wrap is being held together by a rope or some kind of wire. If it's a rope then I am assuming you aren't done with detailing it just yet.
I originally was thinking rope or chain to hold the wrap, but it looked a bit noisy. I think it will read better to have plain leather cords holding it to his arm.
Dunno if anyone else does this, but I like to make a little color palette to jot colors down on to reuse. Figured the idea might be useful to other people so I left it in the screengrab.
Looks nice so far, but I don't know how his belt's circle thing still holds after being cracked xD I like the cloth you did, can you show how it was made?
leoartz: thanks. hopefully it won't disappoint erroldynamic: hey man, thanks. it was just a random idea that completely defines the character now haha. Lavitz: yeah, I just appended a plane, moved it to the side a bit and subdivied. When you start using a color you just jot a blob of it down. You don't have to only use those colors, but it's helpful to have reference. Ahoburg: haha, I imagine it's some heavy duty metal. The scarf is actually 3 planes wrapped around to kind of cheat one long piece of cloth. I might do some breakdowns later if anyone wants. Loutrattitude: I have the same dilemma. I'm trying to figure out a pose for the final where he's pulling the scarf down a bit to show his creepy grin
Here's the highpoly and an updated screengrab from zbrush, so you can see how the scarf is broken down a bit.
Really incredible sculpting work on all the accessories, fantastic model. Do you make the base accessories in Zbrush or a external modelling program before sculpting?
Id say the main thing that isn't sitting right with me right now is his chest/torso area. Not sure if the lights are weak there or if you have too much value painted in your diffuse, but it looks sorta flat compared to the rest of him. I'd give that area a little more love. Can't wait to see more!
Thanks guys. I'm going to work on adding some fuzz to the cloth and some grime on the boots, as well as a few weapons for him. Hopefully I can get him posed fairly soon.
Brad : Yeah someone else mentioned that to me also. I'll see if I can fix it within the diffuse, but I'm thinking I may go back and tweak the sculpt some.
Unfortunately I lost parts of the mesh so I won't be able to get him posed without redoing the low, bakes, and texture. Stinks, but I sure will backup my files better in the future.

Update on the highpoly. Wanted to give him a little more personality so I added some things. Still trying to work out the boots.
Let me know if you have any questions or ideas.
Is that just a subdivided plane?

Kyle: I model everything out in Maya before detailing in Zbrush. I find I get a cleaner mesh that way.
I finally got around to texturing the lowpoly. Here it is in marmoset. Still playing with materials, any suggestions are welcome.
Kind of reminds me of bouty hunter from Dota
