Hi guys! Megascans can absolutely be used for commercial purposes!
Everything created with the suite beta can be used commercially (but like EarthQuake mentions source content such as raw megascan textures may not be resold). Feel free to sell the assets you create!
What is considered raw textures? For instance, if my terrain uses an untouched tile texture from megascans and that is included in my project files, that means I can't use it commercially and sell it to others?
Generally, as long as the materials are not resold on their own or as part of a texture pack for commercial use it is fine. In this case since it is a terrain asset you are aiming to sell and not the base textures purely on their own, I don't really see any harm.

Thought this was a good explanation..
Basically, anything that is parsed through the exporter is something that can be sold with the asset? Yes?
As a principal yes. Of course this may not be put in to system and abused for the purpose of reselling textures. But as long as you use it properly you'll be fine

However, you should ask the quixel guys if you're unsure, specifically Ryan or Teddy.
