Hey everyone,
I'm more of a programmer than an artist and I was getting frustrated that I couldn't make anything look nice with any of the tools out there. So instead I decided to make something for myself purely in code, it's very early in development as its just a side project for now but I wanted to get some feedback early on so I can shape where the world will go with you all
Currently it is using Unity Webplayer, so you can view it online here:

or you can watch a short video of it here:

I would really love some feedback on things to improve as well as things you'd like to see! I'm still not quite sure on the colours right now, but I think its going towards the right direction. I'd also like to add in different environments all with different flora down the line too
Thanks!

Saturation is too uniform imo, everything is super strongly saturated
air perspective makes things less saturated, adds white and a little blue at distance,
Well I guess you could add particle dust effects and such
I'll add some dust effects in and see how it looks. As for the colours, I agree, totally needs tweaking
The scenery really needs more variation, I want bigger mountains and little valleys
It's all written in C#, Unity3D. It won't be open-source
