Nice work. One thing that jumps at me is that you have too much AO baked into the color map.
I think that's the reason why the jacket collar appears to be floating, as well as the belt areas
having too much dark outlining.

How about the skin texture? Do you think the hands are too white?

The skin around his eyes is much too dark - it makes him look like either a prison camp survivor or a mad dog killer.

Yeah I'd say the skin is a bit too light. Probably needs more variation in skin tones, skin textures...but then I am not sure what kind of style you're gong for.
