Cintiq 13HD Windows 8.1 Offset

I just got a new Cintiq 13HD and I am sadden that I cannot use it yet 
I've tired to re-install, calibrate, disable "Use Windows Ink" and nothing works
The pointer is slightly above the pen, and this is driving me nuts.
I was in such a mood to get actually work done, and BAM it doesn't work.
Here is my setup
Windows 8.1
Intel Core 2 Extreme 3.0 ghz
Memory 8GB
2x 570gtx HDs
Cintiq is hooked up to the 2nd video card.
Please help T.T
