Started this environment about a 10 days ago in my spare time. It needs a lot of work still but any feedback on what's there so far would be awesome.

The first thing I'm noticing looking at the environment is it seems to have an identity crisis. The majority of the scene looks like something you'd see in Mirrors Edge, with very clean surfaces and smooth shapes.
But then when we get to the top of the escalators there is grunge and graffiti, I think if you pulled on either of these themes it would be cool! But seeing a little of both doesn't seem to work.
Thanks for the feedback dude, really appreciate it. Definitely agree with what you're saying, it is a mixed bag at the moment. When I get the geo and lighting sorted I will think about which style I will implement. As I said early days yet but thanks this has helped a lot.
Ads on all those walls might help sell that it's a train station. Lights over the escalators as well. Bumpers on the smooth escalator rail system to deter kids and skaters. Camera design and layout needs revision. Compared to the turnstiles your escalator steps seem really short. About half size, from eyeballing.
This may just be something we don't have in my town's subways, but that red underlighting seems like it's from a movie.
Personally, I think the combo of modern subway and graffiti is natural, but you might want some more organic placement through the scene. Paint marker here and there along with post office stickers and whatnot. Done at eye level along the escalator ride. On the escalator handrails and deck. Ads are a haven for defacement as well.
