Are you going to be applying at any studios that use French on their main website and hiring pages? If not, I wouldn't worry about it, and just mention you are fluent in French on your resume.
Thanks for the answer ZacD, the thing is in Quebec most studios and companies have a french and english site. I think i am gonna stick with bilingual resum
I have my website in english and my CV up there too, but when I've applied to specific companies I've sent them a custom CV in spanish, portuguese and whatnot. Never hurts!
