Hey doods,
I'm doing a sci-fi scene where Ill be combining Baroque and space!
The idea for the scene is an Inter-galactic relic hunter and his Crew have been travelling throughout space collecting relics from alien and long forgotten human worlds. I want the interior of the ship to almost feel antique and a relic in itself with ornate fixtures and things.
I recently went through the SC2 cinematics because I really loved the architecture on the Terran world some of it is below.
Ill be posting more work tomorrow along with some more reference. Let me know whatcha think of the idea, is it bad or meh. Let me know. Thanks everyone goodnight.
Here's one of my reference sheets to show what I'm trying to get a feel pull off.

just a bit of work on my lunch. Its one of the Relics that I will be hovering on some futuristic pedestal. Its Wip and I just started doing the engravings on it and the 3 pieces on it will be slowly rotating around. In my mind its cool, I hope it turns out.
Ive been able to block my scene out a bit in UE4, making sure my snapping and stuff is working out. I also sketched out a little idea of what I was thinking for a wall panel. I thought it might be cool to have some old school Wallpaper combined with paneling. I'm not quite sold on it yet but I figured Id toss it up here see if people thought it was working or not.

Same for me!
As for the rotating pyramid, I think that says protoss way more than terran/baroque/sci-fi, but maybe that is just me
Looking forward to see where this will go
Sorry if its dark my buddy said it was dark on his screen.
