Necklace and bip_neck

Hello! :)

The thing is that I'm making a necklace thingy for engineer :D But I couldn't quite figure out how to join that necklace to character.
I treid to decompile some necklaces, but I couldn't understand it anyway. The only thing which I understand is that there should be some kind connection between that necklace model and bip_neck bone, but of course you can't just connect that model to bip_neck, because when character will tur it's head, that necklace will sink into shoulders or something like that.
So maybe someone can give some tips how to properly connect necklace to the rig?
And is it even possible through in-game importer or in this case I should compile model myself?

    Okay, I asked help at FacePunch. At least one guy answered :D Right now it seems that bip_spine3 will be perfect, altough I don't know if it's right to attach necklace to some kind of spine bone. But as long as it's working and looking good it doesn't really bother me much :D:)
