Edited Masks to ID map?

Hey guys, really AWESOME tool!! I'm loving it! Keep it up, can't wait to see the final version! :thumbup:

I was wondering if the custom changes to the masks can be converted to an ID map or if there is an option to make those edits update the existing ID map being used in the project?

Because I can't seem to find it and initially I thought the manual changes I was doing to the masks were going to be passed on to my base ID map after using the "Copy Mask to All Maps"... but it does not seem to be the case as that command only copy the mask across the different maps (albedo, AO, etc). So I lose every edit to my masks when I reimport and re-render the project; which is quite a shame as some times one tends to heavily edit several masks and redoing those changes can be quite time consuming.

That's one question and the second is, if there is no way to convert the masks to an ID map what can I do to retain my mask edits when reimporting my maps or rerendering?
