I'd also embed the image so you don't have to link to a new page and render on a light grey background for clarity. From what I can see it's a good start, nice proportion. the posture is a little odd though. It looks like she might fall forward. I also find her torso area is a bit vague. I can't really tell if she's wearing armor or cloth there. Keep it up.

I would also suggest making her in "relaxed T pose", her hands in angle 45°.
