Retopo over that (meaning create a low poly version of it using the sculpted form) and go from there (whether you UV the low poly, and toss in a multiresolution modifier to begin sculpting anew, or just add details with the original sculpt and dynotopo.
If you ask this question on BlenderArtists (forum) they can give you even more specifics on how to leverage Blenders tools to get the desired effect.

1 more question shoud i start sculpturing from plain box or shoud i try making somthing similar first
Hmm doesnt look like you are taking full advantage of how dynotopo can work in Blender.
Tbh I dont believe it matters whether you start with a plain box or quickly model its basic form when approaching it from a dynamesh/dynotopo point of view.
Example, take cube..turn dynotopo on, crank up detail slider (lower is more detail) and then smooth/inflate or just draw on some extra topology.

Then begin pushing and pulling your shape out, smoothing as you go to add more topology.

You always use a remesh modifier with the smooth option selected if you want to even out your topology before sculpting some more, or apply a multiresolution and sculpt without dynotopo.
Practice makes perfect though, watch some videos you can find regarding Zbrush... the general workflow/concepts can carry over.

Yes, trees aren't easy. Like all art you'll have to try, fail, and learn from your failures.
