INT -Character Modeler/Animator Wanted

My name is Justin and I am the Project Lead for INT. We have been in development for seven months and you can check out our progress here: http://www.int-game.net/.
We are looking for a dedicated character modeler and animator/rigger to join our project.
Preferably someone who knows the following:
Unity,
UMA,
able to work 15-20 hours a week,
follow directions from department lead,
