Reference concept:

I Just used it as a basic reference and I tried a more rock style on it.

This is the basic blocking I did at the begining:

I also did some test to see wich materials I wanted for horns, skin, etc... But still not happy I'll do more test soon.

that is looking totally killer! I'd love to see a little more mass to the teeth in the bottom jaw. also the teeth in the middle smaller then the teeth next to it. but i'm just nitpicking.

I love how much weight this dude already has. keep it up!

My jaw literally dropped when I saw the material tests inside of Marmoset. This is off to a great start, looking forward to progress.

Well, you didn't choose the easy one, did you ? ^^ Good luck.

I would suggest to remove some noise on the "horns" on his back, make them look harder and sharper.

I would remove a lot of the noise tiling. If you really want to sell this model noise isn't really going to cut it. If you look at the sculpt for the cinematic you will see that Azmodan has a lot of little spikes in the areas you have noise. Also the horns are very purposefully sculpted there is no random noise thrown over top. Here is the image for ref:

Thank you guys I really appreciate your feedback!

Yeah I think you are right, I removed a bit of noise and also did this breakdown to show it more clear. Wich onoe do you think that looks better? I prefere "Only cracks".

As mentioned above, killer work! One nitpick from me as suggested by others. The teeth look so fragile and small, giving them some more volume should fix that feeling. As of now I read them more like sand shark teeth. I also do agree on the noise, reduce some of it and put it were it will reinforce a sense of scale and purpose. Otherwise it will just be noisy and cluttered.

I cant wait to see how the final sculpt will turn out. So good luck =), and subbed.

    Edit:

As I posted you had just reposted. Id say go with a mixture of cracks and no alpha. Look at the ref posted above, there is a great balance and use of alphas in that sculpt.

Personally I think if you sharpened up the no alphas one and did a bit more custom detail it would look the best. While the cracks don't look bad they don't feel like they make sense. They feel like detail for that is just there to fill the space. The cracks are also hiding a lot of nice sculpting underneath.

I agree with the others, don't use noise maker, do everything by hand. its gonna be tedious as hell, but will look way better. Its obvious in the sculpt above someone posted that that was all done by hand. No short cuts. :)

Looking good so far tho, nice work!

Hey guys, Ill do the corrections of the jaws and wings as soon as I can :) Im already on it. And also started working on the bracelets, still need work cause the cloth under them its still placeholder and the bracelet itself still need some pieces attached to it but I'm pretty happy with the shape and the curves.

So I merged the legs and started working on the frontal protector but still just blocking it. Anyways, do the legs work properly for you guys?

The first picture has some corrections I want to do.

Hi, I started after a few days with the cloth and have some doubts on how to do it.

-The first option looks awesome in zbrush but im not sure if that will be time worth if l ater I will lose most of that fine detail in the textures. (I dont know if opacity layer has to be really high resolution to preserve that.)
    http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthr...Cloth-Tutorial

-The second thought was to do it just with a few low poly planes and later use opacity in the textures por the effect.

-And the third thing that came in my mind was to do a less detailed cloth than the first one but a bit more than the second one wich I thought was the best idea. Sculpt manually the cuts doing a good looking cloth sculpt in Z and later use textures for the small threads effect.

I did a quick sketch of the idea of the cloth and overpaint to make it easier to imagine.
