Need to pick the brain of an experienced 3DS Max CAT user

Hello all,
I am in need of a bit of assistance:
I am transitioning to 3DS Max for animation, using CAT. We are in production on a title so I need to pick up the most efficient workflows possible, as quickly as possible.
I would really appreciate a chat with an experienced CAT user to get me up to speed, primarily on the animation side but also with rigging. I've nothing specific to offer in return at this time but I am sure we will continue to talk, who knows what the future will provide?
