The one guy with the glasses don't really have eyelashes and eyebrownes. Are you aiming in the first pictures for realism or either a little bit cartoone style? But looks really good so far!
Maybe adding a little bit of beard stubble, some birthbarks or so, because I think no one has such a clean face as your model

Yeah that model isn't really finished yet as stated. I should find some time to finish it as it is one of the few that are actually pretty close to completion. Haven't really moved on to the detailing stage yet. Trying to get very very close to realism but having just a hint of something else so that it doesn't just mimic life.
Hi,
the first one looks great(old man with the pipe), I'd make the iris a darker color otherwise he kinda looks blind (unless it was intended in which case my comment is useless)
The girl looks kinda masculine because her chin is kinda wide, maybe try softening out the main lines. The one made from the eyebrow-nose bridge-lips and chin...that's just my 2 cents
Anyway good stuff so far
Well he was supposed to be closed be blind until I thought it was funny to stick a pipe to him. Then I juggled with him having cataracts. Not sure if I overdid it though.
I always have trouble making female faces appealing. Need to practice it more.
hey man,
you're definitely on the right track
the thing i find in common with your sculpts is the lack of hard creases. if you're using Zbrush, try pinching the creases beneath the skin folds more or emphasize them with the famous Damien standard brush once you have the basic shape ( it would especially bring the grey haired guy more to life )
making an attractive woman's face might be the hardest thing ever so no worries
