Lead Environment Artist needed for a near complete Unity game

My team and I have been developing a Unity game due for release on mobile platforms later this year. The game is nearly complete and quite robust in its current version but we'd like to bring on an artist who can help us improve the levels and environments before we launch. The title is a top down shooter psychological horror with a unique story uncovered through a series of notes.

It's a bit unusual to seek an environment artist at such a late stage but we have exceeded our own quality expectations on this project during its development and so we're hoping to polish the game graphics to a bit of a better standard too.

General Role
The person we're seeking will take on a role of somewhere between a Lead Environment Artist and a Technical Artist. You will be responsible for nurturing an overall look to each environment, polishing the graphics while keeping them within the limits of mobile devices. You'll need to be able to make changes to all aesthetic aspects, including: changing scene lighting, creating new 3D assets, knowing how to work with shaders to get the right look, and knowing where to add particle and other effects to an environment to give it a layer of polish and realism.

Requirements
- Experience with Unity 3D.
- Able to create low-poly 3D assets.
- Experience building environments with an eye for good level design; what works and what doesn't.
- An eye for where effects in a scene should go.
- Knowledge of different shaders and where to use them effectively. (Experience in writing shaders would be a bonus.)
- Most of the game's environments are natural and outdoor so you have ideally worked with similar settings.
- Willing to give critical feedback and suggest ideas and improvements to the game as a whole.
- Good people skills and confidence to request assets from our other artists where needed.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Having access to an iOS device to test the game with would be helpful.
