For this material I`ve used metalness map as a constant and Unreal temple in marmoset Kimono
Thanks for feedback i should defenetly put more effort on wooden handle
Hi Mellon3D, it would be cool if you could give a quick writeup on your metal workflow. It seems you#ve spent more time in the roughness/specular map than the diffuse, got any tips?
What kind of brushes do you use? At the moment I'm using Racer445's brush set from his site which does a pretty good job but just wondering...
Good job though, that's a spiffy looking wep you got there!
Thanks!
There is no much to say about it actually
But one think that really helps me with this work is a curvature map
Here small tutorial I`ve found on polycount http://imgur.com/a/RshEi
This wear and tear stuff really helps to show used surfaces

4096 textures? For the albedo, material maps and normal maps? That's about 33mb of textures at dxt1.
Thank you, yes it`s 33 mb.
I can decrease resolution anytime:)
is this in Marmoset? Can you post Flats?
Yep it is.
Here the flats

Re-work a little bit wooden handle
And also transfer model and textures to Unreal 4
