Custom Material no preview image

When I create a custom material, it appears to save correctly (the xml file is created) however the material is not available in ddo.

After some investigation, it looks like the preview image isnt generated. If I copy and paste the preview images from another material, and rename it to my new material, it appears and I can use it.

Anyone know if theres a fix for that?

What version of Photoshop are you running? Does this only happen when you create materials, or also when you save presets?

This was using the creative cloud trial. Interestingly enough, I tried it again and it worked. Its weird because the first few times I tried it, the thumbnail never showed up but now it's working. Maybe it's because I saved the materials in the default location which was outside the directory where the other materials were saved (in mine, all the materials are saved under the megascan directory). If I save a material in the megascans directory it seems to work.
