Honestly, that first picture looks real bad. Pics are everything when people are spending over $100.

Edit: Figured I'd add some suggestions.

Try to take pictures without flash in a well lit room. Don't have any strong lights hitting super shiny surfaces.

Do you know how much a replacement pad would be for the tablet? That may add some value. Right now just the discoloration of the pad has me real worried that it'll be slippery/grippy at all once.

Don't have plans to buy it but I would consider wiping it down and taking a new photo of it from the front (like the first one). Might help.
