Hi, I'm Robin,
These are my concepts for this challenge. When I started I first thought about what I wanted to do in terms of design language and the general idea for my concept. This is what I've figured out:
plan architecture - old and new, and the new archtectuur humiliated old achtectuur. example: The old casteel is the foundation for the new buildings, which are disrespectfully built on the castle.
landscape - the new people are not only disrespectfully to the buildings but also disrespectful to the landscape. they make immense mines and quarries in search of minerals and gold and silver to drift trade
time - very early in the morning
So what to do
1. The cityscape with mines around it new with lots of neon lights and an industrial look.
2. An interior design with a mix of modern (sci fi) and old (castle)

Compared to your outside shot which is more rocky quarry / modern cities / some castles. Stylistically it's very different as well where your outside shot seems to have some hints of blade runner like elements (Neon signs and city smog) I don't get that feeling from your inside shot, which in contrast looks very sterile and clean.
Maybe you could end up with better results if you tried to simplify your idea down to 2 or 3 mixtures or be less rigid about where new tech and old tech meet and clash.
I would also contrast between old and new by making all the passages arched (like the one on the bottom left) while keeping the modern parts angular.
Make rest of the barriers segmented, like the one on the left, also I see you haven't applied perspective to the orange stripes which actually draws attention.
Consider adding atmospheric effect to push the background much further back? Right now visually it appears too close to the brick walls.
I'm thinking to do another concept with a 3D bockout a concept. to see how it will look like and maybe change some stuff around.
