I'm currently working on a very low poly modular environment to experiment with Quixel suite. I'm trying to only use nDo for normals and dDo for my texture maps, of course some manual editing required for stickers, alphas, lights, etc.
I'm going to make a set of modular pieces in a traditional Japanese style, replacing organic materials with synthetic ones. Metal instead of wood, etc.
Here are some textures I'm developing so far. I'm making the textures first so they will start off on flat planes for now.
And some electronics for large advertisements. As you can see I'm keeping some of the technology quite current.
Honest feedback encouraged please.
Lots more to come. I only just started.

I don't understand what you mean by replacing from an original piece. What original piece? o: And thanks. Haha.
Here's how I'm experimenting with the doors; or walls/windows, whatever. (:
Haha sorry, I meant to say will you be following this environment http://www.thiagoklafke.com/zestfoundation.html almost exactly, and replaceing the materials with the ones you are working on, or are you going to construct something completely original but in the same vein? Sorry again for not being clear. :poly136:
Completely original of course. That was merely inspiration. I think it's pretty pointless to just copy someone else's level plan entirely. :P
Japan has circular doors as well, I did take inspiration from Chinese patterns though. Some of them just go nice together in fusion.
