Hi guys, thought I might as well set up a thread here for this clown character I've decided to get back to recently, heres a WIP sculpt some of you guys might have already seen, I've done a bit more to it since and will post another update soon.
Anyway heres a quick zbrush screen, quick paint-over too just to give you an idea of where I'm thinking of taking this. This character went through a couple of variations already but I felt this look would be best in the end. Originally had him in a duster trench coat which looked pretty menacing, then had him in a hospital gown which I really liked too but I think how I have it now works well.
Please feel free to comment, love hearing what you guys have to say

ysalex: thanks man, glad you noticed, means a lot
DrDean: I'll try digging up that coat model and sticking a screen up here with my next update.
BradMyers82: thanks dude, appreciate the support!
Rumkugel: haha yeah I have plans for something like that, might get that in the next update
You should give him as much colour as possible. your last character was quite brown/muted color wise
butt_sahib: only saw this message now but yeah I want colour but I'll see what happens, don't want to force colour if it just doesn't fit the character, there will be colour though, but i guess this character is pretty dark with or without colour lol
Rumkugel: lets see what happens lol
adam: sorry just a foam nose, although a swollen nose is an interesting idea
Torch: thanks bro, yeah he does look something like those guys, i want to add some sort of weapon
Jernej: thanks dude!
Thought I'd post a quick paintover I did this morning just to give me an idea of where I'm taking this, going to spend the next couple of days detailing the sculpt now, ideas for weapons/ stuff like that most welcome
DrDean: I'll get that coat render in to, forgot to get a screen of that
Looking good mate, I don't know if it's just the lighting but the eyes seem to be lost with the new make up
I think an axe would be cool for a weapon. It might look cool if you make the red nose a lot brighter too.
Edit: but make the chains really thick and heavy looking
barnesy: thanks bro
JordanLeigh: favouring a blade at the moment but shall see
I see the merits and like how you've surfaced stuff, weight and all look really nice - but I also think the gesture, weight and finger poses seem very similar to Selwy's work.
Otherwise nice job!
pastelspirit: thanks dude, getting back to this soon
