Trying this gun again. I wasn't anywhere near happy with the last one I did and I really want a quality model of this, because none exist.
Really just looking for crits on the high poly and the smoothing groups. I'm pretty pleased with the level of accuracy on this model and doubt I'll put much more effort into that aspect, although there are a few things that I need to address before I UV.
Wires and
lowpoly here, because I don't want to hog the entire page with pics. I would really like some input on the smoothing around the "ridges" on the slide.

As a side note, focus on presentation, even if they are just WIP renders. You should never use a solid black background imo. And if you put a darker material with more spec on your model it will be easier to see the edges (+ it usually looks better)
Consider making preview renders in marmoset tb2 if you have it (if not, there's a trial)
