ZBrush's IMM brushes and micro meshes

I'm trying to make a fairly complex IMM brush that includes micromeshed geo. In my first test I had a decent amount of micromesh and the brush didn't repeat the center at all. In my second test, with a small sliver of micromeshing, the verts are welding weird.
