Just wondering if anyone out there can help me in my search for outsource studios that specialize in or are capable of high quality, lowpoly diffuse only handpainted 3d work (ala World of Warcraft)???

Also, might be tricky to find handpainted specific studios, I imagine a lot of outsourcing is done over a broad range of styles, but see what comes up

Also check out Alish Studio. I've worked with Hector and his artists before, they do great work. If you contact them, tell him I said hi!

He will do the work of an entire outsourcing studio himself.

Torch - Aye it is tricky. Searching for "mobile" style can help but then it's generally Clash of the Clans type work.
