Baking Animation Problem

I have this animation I am trying to bake animations on. It worked once when I did it a couple weeks/months ago, but I had forgotten to attach the bow/arrows. I'm pretty sure I hadn't touched it since then. But now when I try, even without trying to include the weapons, suddenly the right arm is behind the body.

I am not a good rigger, so it's quite possible I screwed up somewhere. But I need to know where to look!

If the animation plays fine before baking, try to bake simulation before exporting instead of doing it during the export process.
