Im using Unity to work on an RTS for pc...
In an RTS is how is the terrain typically made? Hand-modeled as in one large chunk, fancy modular terrain system? Or both? Seems Unity alone isn't gonna give me results I'm looking for witch I don't mind, just need to figure out where to start.
Reference games I've looked at so far:
Starcraft 2
Airmech
C&C
Renegade-Ops(not an rts but shares the same cam view).
