Quixel - dDO error 8800

Hi guys, I've been using Quixel Suite for a while now and for some strange reason the program is having trouble all the time.

If I simply try to use a mask or change the preview size the "Error 8800" is coming. Anyone has this problem ?

I found some thread about that on Google but Quixel delete them on their website.
