UPlay problem

(I was thinking this should go in Technical...? General... so I chose General.)
Does anyone else have this problem with UPlay? I searched and can`t find a solution.
Start the app. Attempt to start the game, but it does not start. It brings up the screen you get when you finish playing(see image). Sometimes if I restart my machine I can play the game. This same thing happens to Child of Light as well.
