3ds max - Save/Open dialog replacement

I need it to show favourites from windows explorer,
i can't use libraries anymore due to moving to cloud and libs having nasty update/refresh bugs.
I need eather for it to show favourites or to completely replace it with windows one, or any alternative not lost in 1990s

well, i would love me some custom windows-wide file-dialog with consistent size and sort-order, favorites and proper history of visited directories and all that. not sure such a thing does exist though.

i use the filebox extender/filebx addon which gives you most of that. it does tend to require the occasional reload though during long sessions, but check for yourself - http://www.hyperionics.com/files/

Sweeet! this is incredibly splendid piece of software! I tried also GitFolder, and DirectFolder and your solution is best. Yes i has minor lag issue when with overlapping windows or some other maybe leaks, but thats fine with me.

Hey guys thatnks for suggestions!
I stopped on FileBox, and because it has some nasty bugs occuring when it runs for long i just used windows Task Scheduler to autorestart it each hour
