Weapon View Model Rotated 90 degrees

So my custom spy knife is rotated 90 degrees so it is sitting sideways through the spy's hand.
What would I be looking at to fix this? I'm thinking the Weapon_Bone, but i'm not sure.

Are you using an smd from a decompiled model for the bone?
If you are using a decompiled one, editing the bones may not be a good idea. Try different export up-vector settings if you haven't yet.
If you started fresh with the bone structure, try resetting transforms, rotating the bone etc.
