There shouldn't be any difference. Uncheck "sRGB" in texture settings in UE, then look if it now looks the same as in Marmoset?

I told you in your other thread what the problem is matey. but i'll paste it here too:
as of the current release of toolbag, there is quite a big difference between the gloss/roughness response and UE4.
