I ran into a problem trying to subdivide my lil axe when exporting it to Mudbox. Not very good at problem solving as im a pretty shitty modeler and i allways mess things up not knowing the rules of quad modeling
You have to subdivide it manually, don't know how they call it, but there should be a knife tool, to get something like this:
The resolution seems very high, considering that subdividing it will generate a lot of geometry, with a lower resolution you can get a decent curvature anyway, also, take in consideration the possible triangles problem on the top part of the blade.
