Post what you'd like to do next month, remember to vote by re-posting the picture of the concept you vote for. Anyone can vote even if you are not in the challenge. Add concepts you like too!
If I change the result I will pick one of the highest voted, I probably won't but if I do for whatever reason you have fair warning. I spent probably about 5 hours looking at concepts, I feel like there are not enough on the internet to not have a bunch of repeated content so please if you have some good stuff post it! We are doing a prop challenge too for those who dont have time for a whole scene.
I LOVE this concept! Between the various water effects, rocks, and abundance of foliage, I think it certainly will fit the title of "challenge" for some of us beginners!
I might would actually participate if this little gem gets selected. There's a simplicity to it, but also a chance to really put some love and polish into the individual assets.
I kind of like the very first concept, with a scifi theme. But, it just doesn't have enough going for it, to warrant a reproduction. Would love to see more hardsurface scifi themed environment concepts though!
I'm going to join in this month. Will be my first time using UDK though I have been using max for seven years so should be a fun challenge. I would also like to go with Grida's Old Home before and after troll attack

I love the style!
Also a question, where do you guys look for concepts. Deviantart, google, or where?

This one definitely. Admittedly I'm nervous about voting for it because I'm not going to be done with this months concept on time. :poly122:
I can say right away that I would do this diffuse only.
lots of space to practise tileable hand painted textures and prop reuse
(In the hope that someone is posting some good "how to do highpoly to lowpoly foliage"-tutorials, hahaha! I've never done that before...)
Great Props:

Ah, that explains that. I missed most. Thanks. :P
I vote this
Not hating, I love sci-fi as it's great for hard surface studies, oh and because ratchet and clank. but we need something fresh man.
Would look amazing.
My vote for the props would probably be the knives
While for the scenes, I like this one.
As a noob modeler, I'm really looking forward to participate in this thread for the very first time!
