hey guys,
i'm wondering how i can use stickerts, numbers, strips or what with the quixel suite... i mean how can i load and place them in the right position on my mesh ?
a good sample is the quixel cover on the main site, how is the 04 the ornage strips and the no smooking logo placed ?

Here's a gun I was making last night:
So on the body material I have my plastic material, then a layer on top with the stickers. It's the same on gloss and specular but they're a flat grey.
Edit: Oh another top tip is to create in Photoshop a layer on all of your maps right at the top and paste your UV layout in to it. Just hide/unhide it in photoshop when saving to 3DO so it doesn't show up.
also there is a "Copy Mask to all maps" if you edited a mask by hand as well
