Modo MeshFusion, Good?

Yo Folkz!

Yesterday i heared about Modo MeshFusion.
Its like a boolean Operation but i think with nice Topology.
Is that right?

I never used Modo but i think that this is a nice feature.
Has somebody here used it and can say something about MeshFusion?

It doesn't give you great topology (although it's not tooo bad) but it's real-time boolean with subdivision surfaces.

It's nice for speed, iteration, and getting good enough topology.
