@Bbox85 It will be more realistic, I did line concept just to make it quickly and I prefer line art
AimBiZ Such stereotypes exist) I decided to make it without heavy machinery, so it will look nice with female rider) The original soviet police gamma (1970-1980) is yellow + blue bits, I just inverted it, may be it is worth keeping the original one. Adding logos and inscribing in cyryilic hopefully would help as well

Syros Militia - the police was called this way in Russia - so she is a police enforcer and I want to keep her outfit more like dress uniform)
