Boobs. It's boobs you're watching.
What really bothers me is her white skin boobs. For me it looks like the boobs are from another person with very pale skin. If thats what you were aiming for ok. In my opinion it weakens the whole piece, as it adds an additional material to figure out for the viewer. I would say your boob-physics will draw enough attention such that you wouldnt' need a different material. Just make them the same skin tone as the rest of her body or maybe even some tight cloth? I heard sometimes even cyber-augmented people like to wear some clothes.

@Slave_zero- I believe it's suppose to be a transparent film over her boobs. Similar to Asuka from Neon Evangelion.
