it reminds me of Skyrim for some reason, which is probably good.
- no lighting. I'm not sure if its intended to show stuff more clearly, or this is just work in progress and current lighting situation is temporary.
- windows look frozen, but this room is way too large to be heated by some outside source of heat. perhaps it should have its own fireplace or something.
- geometry is kinda too perfect. Everything is straight and even. Look up some medieval castles and manors.
Considering the appalling knowledge of Medieval interior design in the games industry, this probably wouldn't count too heavily against you, but you haven't so much made a Medieval interior as you have made a modern interior with lots of wood. We have more new things these days than plastic and concrete. For one thing, the concept of privacy was unheard of five hundred years ago, which, as you might imagine, made for different interior layouts.
It's hard to tell how wealthy you imagine your inhabitants to be they've got a coat of arms and a good number of books, but not even the slightest hint of decoration whatsoever is to be found. Some very quick references, from poor to rich:
