Well hello!
Thought I would give this contest a crack. So far I have just been sketching out some designs. I am by no means a concept artist so these are far from the prettiest things in the world, but they've helped me get a more solid idea of what I am going to model. These aren't final designs yet either, this is just an initial sketching phase to try out a bunch of ideas. Though I'm fairly certain I will be going for the general idea of the hang-glider/hover-board manta-ray style beast, as well as the more tank-like battle-snail.

Glad you like it so far, hopefully the 3D will be better than the sketches
Still got some concepts to draw up/designs to nail down and then I'll be moving on to modelling.
I have a new workstation coming soon as-well so hopefully that'll be a bit more suited to it than the laptop I'm currently using.
