Cool idea! Emus are such creepy looking birds.

Is the reaper going to have some bird elements to visually tie him to the bird?

Just as i thought, i'd hate to be chased by a emu on its own, yet alone with a reaper on top!

I want to play with the design a lot. Hopefully i can incorporate the aesthetics of the reaper into the emu and emu to reaper. feathers + bones! haha.

ahh getting there, will soon be getting into the 3d stuff, hopefully tomorrow ill be getting into zbrush and maya! :thumbup:

Sooo. Jumped into Zbrush tonight to model the emu head :thumbup:

Im rather rusty with Zbrush, its good to get back into it!

Playing around with Toolbag PBR is amazing, getting a bit more into the emu tonight, hopefully it will be soon completed!

Thanks for the feedback! I was going for the whole I've never seen that before vibe.

Yea I'm not 100% on the cloak anymore, I might add a bit more of a space suit kinda thing. Not to sure, gotta revisit the concept i think.

Thought a update would be nice - let ya's know where I'm at.
I have been retopologising the emu and its gear. I am now bringing it into the Quixel suite and playing around with Ndo,Ddo and 3do getting some mad normal's happening :thumbup: cant decide on what to do for the feathered areas.
I hope to have some textures up soon and for the modelling of the reaper to begin!
