Making Maya like Max

Sup guys,

Sorry if this has been brought up before but I am making the transition from Max to Maya and I was wondering if there are any scripts out there that makes Maya look like Max?

I love how ,ax has everything all in one place and was wondering if someone has created a shelf that has all of the max commands in a similar fashion?

Frotools helped me when I made the switch. I don't use it as much anymore.

They look great but i need something that works for 2014 if possible. Im still searching, might even start looking into creating one myself.
