Hi All, haven't posted on here in a long time.
I'm working on an environment and got stuck on how I should break up the model for textures and shaders. The end game for this is a usable piece in the cryengine.
Any help and ideas would be awesome.
Here's the building i'm recreating/ using for inspiration. I'm not going for an exact copy but using the best elements for a environment piece.

This is where i am.

So some of the parts I've baked details and other are still being worked on. here's the break up

What i was wondering was whether i need to break this model up differently.
So far i have 5 parts with 5 separate textures. Should i use a different material/texture for the metal railings or should i incorporate them as i have into the stone work texture.
