Hey guys!
I wanted to go back to my Level Design roots and create some shooting gameplay. I decided to try out Rage Toolkit since I spent most of my life with Radiant.
Here is a little test scene I created just to test if my PC can handle this extremely memory consuming editor with some vegetation and stamps. Looks like it's not that bad
Now my goal is to go back and blockout proper playable space for 15 minutes of gameplay and - hopefully - add some custom content. Normally I wouldn't post a level that has no custom assets, but since it's so exotic technology I thought that would be interesting to show that id Tech 5 is also interesting engine for making portfolio project
More progress shots soon!

At this point baking takes about 30 minutes, hovewer the editor documentation doesn't focus on optimization, so maybe there is a chance to make the process go faster. The big plus of the editor is quick render mode, so in few seconds I can see how the lighting will look after baking.
And yes, I'm going to post some of my observations about using the tools as long as people are interested. For now I'm trying to figure out AI navigation and some simple scripted events. It's sad, that documentation says nothing about scripting. I could use some help from id's designers
