Portfolio Feedback

Hey everyone,
I've put together a new portfolio, so I post it here, to get a better feeling for
where i'm at the moment.
Although I know for some of the projects (by posting here) where i messed up,
i would like a general feedback for the entire work.
How far is it from the industry level, is it good enough to get a job abroad (currently living in Romania) etc.?
