Hi. I ran into a problem with meshes flickering or popping in/out in Unreal 4. It could be hardware related but I don't get any glitches or slowdown otherwise.
I don't think so. Z fighting only occurs, to my knowledge, when two objects are overlapping. And this isn't the case. Also, this only happens when viewing meshes at that particular angle, and if I remove that one flickering mesh, the ones behind it will start flickering! Very strange...
You know what, I 'fixed' it by removing meshes that intersected with that mesh. You must be right. I thought z-fighting only occurred when you, for example, duplicate a mesh on top of another one. But these meshes would actually pop in and out and disappear. Weird...
