Arch Virtual is looking for 3D modelers to help with remeshing complex environments down to a more coherent, lower poly and carefully UVd asset for use in a game engine.
Applicants *MUST* be able to demonstrate their advanced knowledge of low-poly modeling techniques and solid UVing skills including custom UV sets for lightmaps, and must provide references of past clients for whom you have done similar work. Applicants should have a keen eye for detail and an ability to deliver a high level of accuracy. Stong ability in optimization of high density meshes is paramount but needs to retain the footprint and overall forms of the original mesh while being much more efficient in its layout and use of polys. Intermediate to advanced experience in building models for Unity highly sought after but not critical.
