i found this cool Starcraft creature concept and im trying match it and or improve on the design. Any tips or tricks to bring out the small details and add to the design?
I think you missed the fact that most of his body is underground. It's certainly OK to only model the visible portions - although that does limit the animations you can do - but in that case the bottom should be flat where it meets the ground.
i understand that most of it is underground. i thought the top part would make a cool sculpture. I am also making a base for him. The idea is to make the creature look like its coming out from the ground.
